  • Provide “General Counsel” support for clients and assist with directing, managing, coordinating, and tracking other external legal resources.
     

  • Adept at working with highly technical subject matters and multi-disciplined business teams.
     

  • Provide educational/training presentations on various best practices and compliance issues – custom training topic request are welcomed. 
     

  • Research jurisdiction-specific requirements for business creation and/or domestication and legal operation; recommend, and draft documents associated with business entity formation and domestication.
     

  • Draft task/company/project specific OSHA compliant safety policies and audit forms.
     

  • Pursue debt collection matters for clients.
     

  • Develop, draft, review and revise various contract documents for small business operation and counsel clients regarding the legal obligations and risks associated with them. Examples - independent contractor agreements, non-compete agreements, construction services agreements, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, joint venture agreements, warranty provisions, construction subcontractor agreements, prime contractor agreements, addenda, change orders, and purchase orders etc.
